Allergy air filters
If you have environmental allergies, pollens, pet dander, and dust
mites can really ruin your day. Fortunately, there are air filters on the market that can help reduce the number of
particles in the air.
I myself use only HEPA filters such as the ones found on this online Allergy
Store site. There are a few
others on the market as well, and I'll link to them as time permits.
HEPA filters capture pollens, dust mite
excretions (yes, that's what you're reacting to), and pet dander, among other allergens. This is sometimes the only
thing that works for me when the environmental allergies are at their peak.
